Good Day, package#LY162324485CN The last update I received was April 21 2020 that the package was in the sorting center. Can you tell me when the package left China & an estimate of when I should be expecting it? I am concerned as the estimated arrival date moves back 1 day everyday I check. Thank you.

Hi Jessica W,

It's in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Shipment LO987631285CN had reached sorting centre on 10th April 2020 but it still appears the same status on 29th April 2020.
