2019-04-23 22:04:50 Departed Shanghai city sent to LiYaDe. Till now the shipment is in the same status. What is the problem for the shipment?. What is the current status?.More than 15 days are gone.

It's still in transit to Saudi Arabia now. There will be further update when it arrives. It usually takes about 20-30 days to reach.

Latest tracking status 10/18 si "Already handed over to airlines for transportation", but the same status I saw on 10/10. Please let me know what is exact status.....Destination country is India
