"Logistics order created" for 40 days

When I got my tracking number on 25th of December, its says "Logistics order created". It has been saying that until now (3.02.2020). Both Aliexpress and the tracking information said it is still in transit. Is there an issue with the tracking information? Because I was told that it would take max 40 days. My tracking number: LA971701329CN

Hi w915,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
2. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.
