Looking for a lost package

Tracking number #AQ103574482CN says delivered on April 22 but it was not delivered to me. I have checked with neighbors and in places packages aren’t usually delivered. Also I was home all day that day amd no one came. What can I do?

Hi BJ,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
