Lost lot late package

Hi I ordered a costume for my son on Oct 1 and mention it shipped on Oct 2. However I have not received as of yet and when I try to track it it is unknown (ZC44868155599). Please can this be tracked down and delivered by Oct 26?

I ordered a package December 16th, and it hasn't moved from facility since then, and its January 7th. I don't know what is going on, if my package was lost or what happened but it was supposed to be a christmas present and its a little late. I would appreciate some insight on what is going on.
