parcel is very late, is it stuck or lost

Hello, I ordered something in October- LZ751280428FR , it was estimated to deliver within two weeks, but it's been almost one month late. What is going on inside the transit, is it back to China or will I ever receive it by end of November ? I can't contact any staff at post office it's worrying. Thanks for helping.

As it's shipped by La Poste (Colissimo), you need to check with the courier if it could be tracked after it arrives in China. There is no tracking information shows it arrives in China.
