I have been waiting for a long time and I was home all day on June 14 and my package was not delivered even though it says it was delivered. I want proof of delivery because I did not receive it

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered , who signed for it and provide you with the proof. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
