Lost package

My package with the tracking JCEYF1100047354YQ states it was delivered in the USA. However I have not recieved it. Can you tell me who was responsible for final delivery??

My package with the tracking ACM232514080CY I have not recieved it.
The package status has been marked as ‘delivered to Ternate City’ since June 20, 2025. It has been 14 days since it arrived at the destination city, but I still haven’t received the package.
Can you tell me who was responsible for final delivery? What should I do to find my package?
