Lost Package

Package ZC05728511599 shows delivered 05.13.2025 to my home address. It was not delivered to my home or a neighbor's house, and the shipping address is correct. Please provide the United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number to me so I can report the package as lost and get the shipper to send a replacement package. Thank you.

Hi Joy,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
