Lost package

I have not received my package it says successfully delivered, but it was not successfully delivered to my address. Please update me with the United States tracking number or the GPS coordinates to where it was delivered. Thank you Shondra Patterson

Hi Shondra887,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
