Hello my tracking number is ZC36557303799. I have not received it and it says that its last location is in pleasant Grove, Utah. I would really like my item because I am wearing it to a wedding. Could you please give me an update on when I will receive this or if you have an updated tracking number?

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
