Tracking number - LL780585387CN can I have an update on what is happening with my parcel it shows left customer in uk but nothing else for over 2 weeks what is happening with my parcel as royal mail say you need to chase this up

It left UK on October 21 and is en route to China now.

You'd better contact Royal Mail to check why they didn't deliver it to you when it arrived in UK.
