Lost package

I ordered an item to be shipped to Canada . The tracking Number indicated it arrived in Vancouver Canada on Sept 26-19, but apparently it did not. Canada Post cannot track the item as it never went into their system, and its your tracking number.
Could you look into this.

Sorry, we could only get the information that it arrived in Vancouver Canada on Sept 26-19. You'd better open a dispute on AliExpress or contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
