Lost package??

My tracking number is LS277771709CN. I have Had no update since 3/29/20. The seller says it’s now usps responsibility and they can’t do anything to help me. Please is it possible to tel if it’s arrived to US?

Hi Biancad,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within two months, it's seller's respossibility to refund you.
