LV354454498CN & LV357478768 CN arrived but not delivered

Hello, my two packages arrived to Poland on 8th ad 10th Dec 2021 (LV354454498CN & LV357478768CN) at least the tracking status says that .... but since that there is no updates ... :(
Please can you help ?

Hi Jacek,

Entered the port doesn't mean it has arrived in your country. It means it ready to leave China. But it may be delayed due to the limited flight or other situations. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
