I'm unable to contact seller for parcel LZ634826162CN. Is there any way to resolve Frankfurt customs holdup for mentioned parcel?

Sorry, we couldn't resoleve Frankfurt customs holdup problem. You need to contact DHL Paket or the seller to give you a solution in this case.
