Hello- I sent the following item through USPS with tracking: LH147699614US when I check the status this says On hold as of August 14, 09:09AM.
Why has the item not yet been delivered?

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
