How can I arrange to redeliver my item.

I missed the delivery of my package because I had to sign upon delivery because if was a registered letter. I was wondering what i should do next, whether a new delivery attempt will be made or if I can pick it up somewhere. The reference code of the package is RN273383465NL. I comes from the Netherlands and will be delivered in Shanghai china.

I ordered a package off amazon, but it seems to have missed its delivery date. My country's postal service says it's still on route to Canada, but it has said that since the 18th of April.
