Missing package NOT delivered

Tracking # ZC46184185899 it says the package was delivered on Monday April 20th. I did not recieve the package and my security camera did not record any deliveries that day either. Who do I call or email to find out where my parcel is?

Hi Leonard V,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello,
I am inquiring about a missing package. The tracking number is ZA01972772201. The tracking shows that this package was delivered on September 20, 2025 but I did not receive it. The delivery address is an apartment with mailboxes and the package did not get in to my mailbox. I am not sure if this package was delivered by a different carrier like the U.S. Post Office, FedEx, DHL, etc once it arrived in the United States or if it was actually delivered by China Post. Since it did not get out in my mailbox, was it left at my door? The tracking information available does not give this information for me to further track the missing package. Where was this package delivered? Thank you for your help with this matter.

Missing package. Said it was delivered January 10th and 2:00 and didn’t not receive it. Would like to know if I’m getting it this week, if not I would like a full refund.
