Missing parcel

I ordered this parcel in early May have waited and waited and waited as we are now approaching the 2month mark and still nothing. I paid a lot of money for nothing. The only tracking number I have is ZA06296327301. It keeps telling me this has been delivered when in actual fact this has not been delivered. I am not happy.

The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either.
