The pacakage should be delivered by Royal Mail when it arrived in UK. But it hasn't got by Royal Mail and delivered to some other place. You need to let the seller give you a solution or open a dispute to get refund as soon as possible.

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution ASAP. If the seller doesn't reply you, it may be a scam.
