Hi, I ordered a package on 4/8, the tracking number is LS299953249CN, and the last time it was tracked was on 4-18 after it was delivered to the air transport in Shanghai. I was wondering if you tell me if this was true, and if so why it is taking so long?

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in 80 days, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
