I have previously enquired on this platform about my package, LA101146296CN, which has been in transit at Foshan Shipping Centre for 45 days.

I had since gotten a reply from Daisy, saying: According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund as soon as possible.

I had contacted the company, neonbite, but they replied that there is nothing they can do about the order and will not be able to give a refund. I tried to open a dispute on AliExpress but I could not find my order since I ordered on Neonbite's website.

Please tell me how I can get a refund!
