My eBay package arrived to Colombia 16 days ago without delivery

This is to kindly ask you about the date of delivery to me of the 99.99% High Purity Tungsten Sheet (100x100x2) mm, article number 185908474094, eBay order number 11-11942-61610, bought from OLIVER-2099 last August 14th, 2024 for US $173, and identified by the China Post tracking number LZ048706035CN.
The reason of this demand obeys to the absolute lack of information about where my package is at the present time, since the last information about the whereabouts of my tungsten sheet was the information provided by your tracking window by which you informed that the air plane that transported my tungsten sheet to Bogota already had landed in that city on August 25th (16 days ago).
Could it be that my package is at a Colombian customs office in Bogota? Could it be that it is frozen at the warehouse of a local messenger company that I ignore? Could it be that it is at a Universal Postal Union office in Bogota?
Consequently, any information that you can provide me about the actual current location and situation of my package will be gladly appreciated.

I Ordered via Ebay a very small package. TrackingID: LO509963481CN. In Ebay it says: "Estimated Delivery in one to four weeks.". In https://www.chinapostaltracking.com/service/ it says 7 to 50 days "Average Delivery Time" and 28 days as "Average Delivery Days" to my location area. It looks like no one has a clue what is the real delivery time. Can you explain the contradicting messages? I would have never chosen China Post if I knew in advance it can take up to two months!!!

Following up on our conversation, I would like to ask for some clarification. You mentioned that the package is now in Colombia and that 4-72 should deliver it. However, according to 17Track, the package has been "in transit" for over 62 days, and 4-72 has confirmed to me that they do not have the package in their system. They believe it may still be in customs, but they cannot help me further without more information.

When you say the package is “in Colombia,” can you please tell me where exactly in Colombia it was delivered?

Which company, department, or person received it from your side?

What is the address or location (e.g. airport warehouse, customs facility) where China Post handed over the package in Colombia?

Do you have any contact information (a phone number, email, or reference number) for the receiving party or customs office?

With this information, I will be able to contact the right organization and follow up properly, since my package appears to be lost or stuck and no one has been able to locate it so far.

I really appreciate your help and hope you can give me these details so I can try to recover my package.
