My item Doesn't Move in the Traking

Hello, i have a problem, i boght an item in Aliexpress, im from Guatemala, the seller put it on China Air Postal; the promblem is that it have 15 days in one step, it doesn't move more; i think that the postal service lost it or they didn't put it on the shipping. My order is CP338078949CN; if somebody can help me to talk to China Postal i will grateful

It's sent by a cheap way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it from the beginning to the end. So, there is no more update for it. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in time or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund.
