My item says it was delivered but I have not received it

It shows it was delivered but i never received the package, and theres not much information, just says delivered, but where? because it wasn't at my home or neighbors. I try tracking it with USPS but that number doesn't appears on their system.

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my item, it never got delivered and then it was returned to sender. NOW sender cannot find the item, and claiming still not received after 7 weeks. Can you please check if item has arrived back in CHINA?
