My order has been stuck over 2 weeks

My order ( China Post #LY188104323CN ) has been on “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” for 16 days and no one has responded to my inquiries. I was told 7-12 business days for delivery from the store. It shows that prior to this that Export customs was cleared fine.
What is going on with my package.

It's en route to the US now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
