Hi my package is from 20 sep left china and still nothing arrived

My package number is RG602302141CN
Is this normal or there is problem?

It's normal.

The last update shows '2017-09-21 15:54 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly'.This means it has left China since that day and in transit to Jordan now. There will be no update before it arrives Jordan. Wait patiently.
