Hello,
I have an Order ID RE216385511CN from China Post Registered Air Mail. Until now (according to the tracking status) this order is blocked in the loops between the Beijing Customs Service and Beijing International Mail Processing Center.
Can you do something to unblock this parcel from the loop?
