It has been more than 120 days
How can I get my package or my money back?

Hi CLAUDIA BLANCARTE,

Is it stuck in China? It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.

Hi,
My package arrived with Guangzhou customs on the 18/10/2021 and it hasn't moved from there since, it is now the 28/10. Can someone confirm how long it will remain in customs please before arriving at its destination. Package was sent on the 30th September. The below message was given on the tracking information:
