Package stuck at Guangzhou City, import customs retention pending inspectio

I have sent back back a package for a refund from sender in China, however it is stuck at 2021-11-02 14:29 Guangzhou City, import customs retention pending inspection with no reason for being held. Tracking number is RO175939580TH

Hi Vidar,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hi,
My package arrived with Guangzhou customs on the 18/10/2021 and it hasn't moved from there since, it is now the 28/10.
