My Package has been stuck in customs since August

I need to know how to get my package released from customs in China. It has been there since August and the manufacturer of the product needs it back to issue me a refund.

Hi Kimberly,

If it's stuck at the customs for a long time, it should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
