My package has been stuck in transit in South Africa for about 20 days.


I do not know who to contact to ask about the web out of the package. Customer service says I can ask for a refund however I do not want every fund, because I only went to those items on the package had to order another one in case it takes even longer.

When I try to track them, the system tells me they are in South Africa, but in South Africa I can't seem to find any reference.

The delivery of the above package appears to have been tracked to Linton Grange South Africa on 22/02/22, this the second time it has been sent to South Africa. Originally it left China arrived in South Africa then returned to China and now it seems it has arrived back in South Africa.
The package with the tracking Number as above should be addressed to

Does E-Packet Deliver to South Africa? (3 replies)

I am in the process of ordering a few small packages from Hong-Kong Japan. On the supplier's website it says E-Packet is available to South Africa, however on the internet everywhere I look it appears that E-Packet does not ship to South Africa.

Kindly advise whether E-Packet is available to ship from Hong-Kong Japan to South Africa.
