My package has never arrived.

RR121579375IN This was sent from India. Tracking says it was delivered in CAN (Guangzhou?) I am in Jinhua, Zhejiang. I have NEVER received the package. What can I do?

Hi Michael ZHOU,

It hasn't been delivered. It's stuck at the airport now. I suggest you contact India Post to reflect the problem and check if for you as it has been stuck for a long time.
