My package has not arrived. I received a phone call, but in Chineese.

Not arrived. Call upon arrival at shipped-to address. phone 236-420-9933 OR: apartment number is just above the glass pattio doors (of second last apartment) at SOUTH end of the building, facing Jones street. Upon arrival, back up on Jones street to the south end of the building. The building does not have a front door intercom to give access to the building. I am a senior, almost always home for the morning till 11 A.M.

Package not arrived. Tracking number you asked for is UU273900354CN QUESTION: IS THE package coming from China, or is it from North America. Ocean shipping?

The package is sent from China. It's still in transit and hasn't arrived in Canada. You need to wait for more days to get it.
