The package is no longer with Chinese customs or in international limbo. It has been processed by U.S. Customs and is now in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS) in Los Angeles.
Since the last update on July 10 says "Customs clearance in destination country completed," the next scan should be from USPS, either showing it has departed the LAX facility or arrived at your local post office for delivery.
Allow a Few More Days: After clearing customs, packages are inducted into the domestic mail stream. This process can sometimes take a few days, especially for international mail. It is likely to be delivered within the next few business days.
A Note on Delivery Time
While 20 days feels like a long time, for international packages from China, it can sometimes fall within the normal range, especially considering customs processing which took several days. Since the last major hurdle (customs) is complete, it is now just a matter of domestic USPS transit time.
If it's stuck for over 20 days, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
