I've ordered some clothes from shein and I havent seen any updates since september 1st, this is my tracking number: EB727141845CN , can someone tell me how much longer do I have to wait for my package to leave China? this never happened when shein worked with DHL

Hi my package has been stuck in the Canadian local facility it shows since September 14. It says it arrived there on that day early morning but no update since then. Please help I am worried my items hasn’t been lost or something. My tracking number follows; 1Z454R2026877772

Hello,i have placed an order on shein on the 22th sept and i havent received any further updates since 23th sept.I checked my tracking updates with DHL Express and the shipment hasnt even been handed to DHL .I never had this issue with shein before. Is my package lost?

hi i ordered from shein on 9 oct, and it was shipped on 12 oct. its currently 15 oct n i have not gotten any updates from shein at all. i have no idea where the package is and its worrying bc ive ordered from shein 4 times and everything went well except for this order :-( it normally takes me about 1 week to arrive.
