My package hasn't moved in shipping

Tracking # AQ831309261CN. Hi my items seems to be stuck in one location and there are no updates on it being moved to be delivered to me. Can you please get back to me?? Its been over a month.

It's in transit in the Us now. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
