I ordered on November 30 2020 a Stainless Steel Oil Strainer Pot and a Deep Frying Pot from Dooddy Shop. The last information I received from Yun Express Tracking that the shipment cannot be delivered, to contact shipper, Long Island, NY. Could you tell me why it cannot be delivered? And how to contact shipper to see if I can pick up my package there?
