My package (LM804035660CN) is stuck in China for more than 78 days.

I ordered 5 step motors NEMA 17 from AliExpress in April. Package was end of April. It is still stuck in China. Canada customs accepted the package to be shipped on May 3rd. However, it never left China and the last update I have, is: Despatch from Sorting Center.
See below. I ordered 3 other things on the same day and I received those a while back already. I used Cainiao, AliExpress shipping standard.

Hi Daniel,

It's delayed for some reason. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this month or early August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

It's delayed because there's no passenger flight. They should refund and return all packages shipped via E-packet. Holding customers package when you know fully well that you can not provide the service is unethical and unlawful. This site is full of customers who's package stuck in China for 3 months or more with no real perspective of being ever delivered. Even when the flight resumes, the back log would take more months to clear. Daniel, I suggest you contact your bank immediately and ask for a charge back. I'm currently waiting for Aliexpress to settle my dispute. If they don't refund me, I will contact visa for charge back. This is truly disgusting.

I opened a dispute with AliExpress over 10 days ago and still nothing. It's not the seller's fault. It really is AliExpress that is not handling it properly.
