My package LX068562450CN hasn’t updated since arriving in Fuzhou

I’ve seen a lot of people with similar issues but most have seen an update saying their package left the processing centre. It’s been over three weeks since the update that my package arrived at the processing centre and there’s been nothing since.

Package arrived at Fuzhou March 20, 2020. It is April 27th! It says parcel transferred to air from China to usps-parcel in transit with an airplane picture— but again that was March 20th!! Is someone over there just keeping all of our things that arrive in the sorting center in Fuzhou? I mean this is ridiculous! I contacted the seller and he said it’s held up because of you all. Nothing he can do. Ridiculous! I understand the covid-19 situation but over a month? That’s terrible customer service! Package#LY023220384CN

It was delivered to air transport on March 20 and takes about 7-15 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

It has been stuck at Fuzhou Qishan Processing center since March 26. It's not normal. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.
