Hi Godfrey,

It couldn't say that you are scammed at present. If you couldn't receive it and the seller couldn't connected in order to get refund, you are scammed. Your package couldn't pass the security check for many times and will be checked again in the following days. You'd better continue to track it to see if it could be passed the check. If not, better contact the seller to give you a solution.
