My package tracking number AS811022624CN says it was delivered but Canada post says it never even made it to them. I tried calling customer service but the number does not work in Canada. Please help me

I was just notified that a package had been sent to me a few weeks ago. It arrived to Shanghai one week ago but has been sent to my home address instead of my work address, so every time they attempt to deliver there is no one at home. I would like to amend the address and get the package delivered to my work address. I have tried to contact via phone (11185) but all information is in Chinese and I cannot get through to English-speaking staff.
