Hello, my package seems to be stuck in Zhengzhou City. The tracking number is LE114401386CN. The information there was last updated on the 7th of May, about a month ago and nothing has changed since. I hope you can help.

Hi REDMD,

It's still stuck at Zhengzhou International Processing Center now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
