My package still has not arrived!!!

Hello,
My package is showing that it has arrived at the Sorting Center on June 6, 2020 but it has not been delivered to my house.
What do I need to do in order to get my package?? We have been waiting since May for this package.

my packages say arrived at delivery office us usa does that mean it was delivered already
It has been stuck at the US second processing center since June 5. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within 10 days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
