My package stuck in HK OPS

Hello,
I have sent a package from China to India on 13th November2022. Its sts been more than 45days and the package is stuck in HK OPS. Here is the tracking number CP430257417CN. Is there any way to know what happend to the package> or how long will it takes to reach the destination? Thank you.
