My tracking number was LY863760870CN. It said package was delivered but when I go look it was delivered to an address in Mississippi. That is not the address I posted nor do I know anyone there that would ship it out to me. What can you do to fix this?

The delivery address is incorrect. The courier did not deliver the package to the incorrect address.
The person living at Corso Vittorio Emanuele 6 does not have the package.

I think it might have to do with my address being incorrect. The house number might not have been on the recipient. How do I contact china post on this matter? Is it only by +861011185 or is there also an email contact available? My local postal service is not able to help me out, unfortunately.
