Hello, I have a parcel coming from America, (i live in the UK) but its been stuck in Guangzhou for months now. Please could you help me find it. The tracking number is: LB403189902US

It's still in transit from China to UK now. You'd better wait for more days to receive it.

There is no email for you to send the invoice. You need to send it to the receiver in China and let the receiver to submit it to the customs.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
