My parcel is stuck at customs

I posted a parcel from the UK to China and it is saying that it is being held at customs, it has been here since the 15th January 2026, i contacted Royal mail who i sent it with from the UK and they have said it looks like there is a missing declaration form how do i go about sorting this my tracking number is RY480160906GB
