Hi my parcel is stuck on information sender preparing item after one week of already being dispatched ?? LZ243574007CN

Where is my parcel and long will it take ? Is it overseas ? Or still in China ?

Hi Gamerboi,

It should be still in China waiting for the flight now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi,
I am expecting a parcel from China EMS to US and the status didn't update for about two months now. It's always "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". But the sender agency said the flight has arrived at LAX and provided a flight number.
My tracking is :EV003895895CN
I paid about $200 shipping cost and didn't understand why I am put going through this if it's indeed express international shipping.
Can anyone help? Thank you!!

Hi, my packages CP439433025CN,CP439433034CN has been stuck at dispatched from office of exchange for 5 week now. Is it sitting under a pile of parcels in another processing location? Or is it on the way?
